Our Health & Safety Standards at Logic Lumber in Lethbridge
Logic Lumber is committed to the health and safety of our employees and to a high quality of service to our customers. We provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, and all work done is in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and accepted industry practices. Logic Lumber takes control of any foreseeable hazards that may result in personal injury, illness, property damage, or accidental loss. We recognize that the responsibilities for health and safety belong to everyone.
All employees, including management, have the responsibility to assist in developing and maintaining the safety program; to minimize incidents and accidents within our worksites; and to follow safe work practices and procedures. All of our employees are required to adhere to our safety program.
Supervisors, in addition, are responsible for providing leadership to their employees regarding the safety program. They are responsible for ensuring that established elements of the safety program are carried out in their areas of responsibility.
Senior Management, in addition, is responsible for overall leadership of the safety program, and for its effectiveness and continual improvement.
